I paid my bill due on February 1st at the end of January while the company was still *** *ispaosalMy check was never cashedI called a week into February and they acknowledged receipt of the payment but stated it was at a different processor and would take another week to clearI have called on numerous other occasions and am told each time that they will "look into it and get back" to meI have never received a return phone callI have the copy of the sent checkI believe they just wish to collect a ridiculous late fee
The company did not pick up our refuse bags They said they picked up bags and have a bag limit Well, I shared all the bags were not ours It was both ours and our neighbors I shared we have limited space by the street and have to put the bags where there is space so they go between the two houses at the street

I called Smith's Disposal and was told it's basically not their problem The drivers said it was all on our property I again shared the above...there is no space to put the bags other than between the two properties
Bottom line, we pay for this service and were told oh well you are out of luck No trucks or drivers in the area I asked for a manager to discuss told none in the office I asked for the owners name told we don't know who owns the business This is not acceptableBad business practice t
I paid my bill a year in advance We recently sold our house so I called for a refund of the unused months I was told they do not give refunds and it is stated in their billing I understand if I wanted to change service to a different provider but for a move??? I also understand not refunding the discount I received for paying it a year in advance But to keep any unused months is unreasonable Awful customer service!

I have been with Advanced Disposal (formerly *** Disposal) since September During the end of season in and our compost pickup with missed two times in a row during the last two weeks of OctoberAfter the first missed pickup I notified the location about the miss on the route and I was advised that the pickup would take place the following weekThe last week in October came and nobody picked up the compost bagsI have bags outside, from the previous week and from that current which my contract allowedThe compost season pickup ended in the first week of November After the missed route twice I called into find out what happened and I was informed that if I wanted an extended pickup into November that I would have to pay an additional $for compost pickup after seasonI did not miss the route, I am not the driver of the truckI had made an agreement despite frustration that I would hold onto all bags throughout the winter in my shed until the ne

My complaint is that the first notification I received from Advanced was a bill that was for over 20% more than the previous one from ***There was no indication on it that *** was becoming AdvancedI would think that *** would have given it's customers some notice that this was going to happenNope, just a bill from the new company that also had no indication on it that they were the same company
When I went to the *** website that I had used for years to log in and pay my bills I could not log inThere is a notice on the website about the changeI called *** and left a voicemail telling them to cancel my accountI also sent a message on the website telling them to cancel and I signed up with Waste ManagementI never heard anything back from ***This was back in March Tuesday I received a new bill from Advanced showing an outstanding balance of over days lateThey have never picked up my garbage since March!
