Oncue Express

I went in the OnCue at 1400 15 the st in Edmond I purchased a bag of Chex mix bagel bites with my Snap card and before I got to the gas pumps I noticed it said Bio genetically produced products and I'm not eating that . So I turn around and go back in the store. Talked to the girl about it and she told me I had to get the same price for exchange. So I looked around and got something and walk up to counter and then she said maybe I can just refund it so then she did something. Then she went and asked some guy and comes back and tells me that OnCue doesn't refund EBT cards at all. So I couldn't believe it I told her to just throw it away then I wasn't going to put that stuff in my body knowingly. And I left.

I pay 75 cents less in eastern Oklahoma. But pay more in Oklahoma city. What a rip off.

Oncue at NW 164th and Portland okc ok. About12 folks in line and I just needed a receipt from my gas I paid for out at the pump. I ask a cashier if I could get a receipt from pump 7 and the cashier said I should have waited in line but since I am here he would get me a receipt. Will not go to this on cue again unless I just have too. That's at least the second time in a few weeks a cashier was rude to me at this oncue.

Bad management very bias managers pick favoritas write ups only to those they want to get rid of when other do the same thing and nothing said to them. No breaks even when pulling doubles. Most cashiers know more about how to run the store then the managers. Morrison Stillwater area

On Cue at NW 10th and Portland , NW OKC , Oklahoma by the OU - OSU campus , an employee named A ntisha threw my change at me after I asked her to place it in my hand at 3:30 pm August 6 , 2021. Very rude , didn't even apologize.
