The customer's check was mailed by previous owner, we purchased the store assets on 12/01/2016, it's a completely different LLC, different company. We had tried our best to communicate between the customer and the previous owner, the previous owner said he did mail the check to the customer and...

refused to do anything more. This is not our responsibility because we didn't own the store until December, but we tried to fix the problem by offering this woman, the customer, our own money to make it up to her so she will leave us alone, she is causing disturbance, we are doing way beyond what we are supposed to do, we don't have to do anything for her at all. Since we told her we are willing to work it out for her, then she filed a complaint against us! This is not even our case, our complaint, this is outrageous! We told her we will not pay her until she gets this complaint removed, she just hung up. We are doing a good deed to help her and she got greedy. This is between the previous owner and her, we don't have to do anything any more since it's not our liability.
