We ordered a flowering plant for an out of town relatives funeral and called the Onawa FloristThis was back on 10/21/The request was for something nice to represent our family, even offering to pay additional for a very nice plantFlorist assured us the under $purchase would be nice and we would be pleasedWhen we arrived at our aunt's visitation we were very embarrassed by how SMALL this plant wasIt was the smallest floral arrangement around her casket
This is a hard time for families and we did not want to cause any trouble for our cousins during their sorrowAs we thought about how we felt tricked by this phone purchase we decided to contact them with our concernsNot even an apology did we receive only a very curt response as the size of the plant was fineNext the credit card company filed a complaint and this merchant would not work on any kind of a refund
We have also filed a complaint with Telafloral for representing this business
