I am rejecting this
response because:What I got from OTR, via email, was a "proposal." See attachedAnd I did not even receive all pages of this "proposal." Note that the "contract" line on this attached "proposal" has been left blank

[redacted] did receive a contract from On Top Roofing when he signed up with us last summer. In his previous complaint he specifically references line item #9 on the contract. A copy of his contract will be sent out again today.
A copy was mailed to [redacted] on 2/24/17. Another copy will be mailed today 3/24/17.
