I contacted this company to replace the intake manifold in my truckThey quoted me a price with the partWhen the person came out they had the wrong part and had to go back to get the correct partWhen they came back with the correct part they replace it and in the process got two engine coils wetI paid for the engine coilsHe then told me the part that he had brought was a bad partI asked him if he was going to go out and get a new partHe told me that he would try to come back and fix the crack in the partHe came back and did not fix the problem and made it worseWhen I contacted him about getting a new part for my vehicle, he stated that he did his job and that he would not reimburse me for the price I had paid himHe then stated he was not responsible for the part, even though he is the one who purchased itI am now looking into civil litigation to be reimbursed for the price of the service
