On the Spot Floors

Carpet was supposed to be cleaned through whole house. Carpet were not soiled heavy to began with just foot traffick dirt. No heavy stains or urine from pets. I was not home when the service was performed. When I came home the carpets were still dirty and did not smell clean. Ask owner to meet me to discuss solution for the disatisfied service that was done but we no luck

I have used this firm to clean carpets several times for rental properties. I have been very pleased with the results each time. The rep has always been very courteous and thorough. The price is reasonable. I would recommend this firm to others.

After using another company for many, many years....I needed another company and picked this one. They have cleaned a couple of properties for me.....but in the last two(2)......especially the last one......I was highly disappointed. When someone ask me..."is this home or a rental property?"......I immediately know the outcome. I could tell that the job was bad when I noticed very small items that weren't even vacuumed up.....the carpet is/was less than three(3) years old.....but the outcome was not acceptable. So....not only was/were the carpet(s) not cleaned....they
weren't even vacuumed. Unfortunately.....I referred someone else to this company and they had the same experience. She called another company and they did a great job! So......sad to state.....I will not use this company again.
