No need to have any other number for help or repairs of any kind. This business is fabulous , knowledgable and very reasonable

[redacted] and [redacted] provide a great service. They come to you, they don't leave you waiting for days, when they say they'll be there, they are there. The pricing is fair and there really is only one company I will call for ANY RV servicing that I need.

No job is too small or insignificant for them to do, recently while [redacted] was fixing something on my coach I asked if he could quickly tighten done stuff for me and it was done before I knew it.

If you want courteous and professional service at a good price there is only one company to call.

Responded very quickly to emergency call for ac not working on a 110 degree day in Phoenix. Jared said he would be there within an hour. 3 hours later he showed but seemed sincere about resolving our issue with a bad contactor. I said please fix, because it is over 110 degrees. He assured me that he could fix it and it would be done by the end of the day. 4 hours later, I had to call and he said he couldn't find the part but was meeting with an ac budding that would give him the parts. At 4:00pm we talked and it was 114 degrees at our location, he said he would be there on his way home and would resolve it. I told him that he could wait until the next morning and that we would get a hotel for the night. He assured me he would be there. So we waited, and waited and it was 100 degrees inside the motorhome, and we waited. NO SHOW, NO CALL, nothing. I called and texted multiple times to no avail. the next morning I went to home depot and procured parts to bypass the relay and the ac works fine. DO NOT CALL THIS FAKE. He is a liar as is Courtney. She texted and said that he was still waiting on parts and also that he would be there in the morning. Again, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. No appoligy, no concern about senior citizens being out in the heat of Arizona over 110 degress with 100 inside the motorhome. We asked to get a hotel but was told multiple times that they would show. The most horrible service I have ever endured.

Came quickly to fix our electrical issues during a record heat wave. Then, when our old generator gave in to the heat, they stuck with us into the evening and weekend to ensure we stayed cool. Went way above and beyond in seeing us through to the end and helping keep our costs down. Thanks to their entire team for rescuing us - I highly recommend them!

Jared saved us again. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, hence, VERY busy but has NEVEE left us stranded. We had an emergency at 4:30 and were about 80 miles from him. He got our part, drove to us after his business hours and we were completely repaired by 9:30! Great service!!!!

My wife and I were traveling through Mesa Az., in our Tiffin Bus.We had a problem with our Aqua Hot System. Not knowing who to trust and who was competent, we asked an employee of our RV park for a referal. He recomended On the Road RV Service.

Jared arrived adiagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired immediatly at a fair price. We were so happy we had him fix some additional issues. We will have him do a full service on our RV next year when we return. Thanks Jared you are awesome!

I am a retired fire fighter who had a second career in the ready mix concrete business. I have been around heavy equipment all my life. It is not difficult to determine who is competent by how quickly they diagnose a problem and how quickly they repair it. Jared is a five star mechanic who is honest and doesnt hose you because you are from out of town and might never see him again. Trust him.

I was really disappointed in the company's customer service as we waited almost 2 weeks for a quote on two small items and once we agreed to the quote nothing had been started after several days (was told it would only take a few days to fix). When my husband stopped by to check on it (beginning of the 3rd week it is in the shop) and nothing was done, the service manager appeared to be defensive and throwing out issues (such as the hitch needed to be welded which it probably did but he never communicated that as a barrier to fixing the repair items) and telling my husband he can't be hurried or get daily phone calls. After my husband quite uncharacteristically used one bad word due to his frustration ( it was not personally directed at him) and told him he hadn't called since last week the service manager told him to leave with the RV. I would also like to add he was pretty rude to me the previous week when I had called (repeatedly with no response until he picked up on the 3rd call) to find out if the quote was completed and if he had my correct email. Really the worst RV experience ever and wasted more than 2 weeks getting nothing done on an RV we needed to move into due to our home selling. The bigger issue isn't the time it took but that it somehow was our fault and we were bothering him. On a side note, my friend waited a month for her trailer to get completed (she didn't care how long it took so there were no issues) so my thought is if you are not in a hurry and don't follow up with him you will be good.

We contacted On The Road Again RV Repair Monday morning (10/3) at 8 am as we had Dometic AC unit out which is still under warranty. I spoke with Jarred and he said he could come out that day and could repair under warranty. Jarred said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. After 2 hours, I had not heard from him, so I called him back and he said he would be here at 4:00.

Jarred showed up about 4:45. He inspected our unit and said it would have to be replaced. He said he would order it when he got back to the shop and, since it was after 5 pm, he would not receive the unit till Wednesday and he would come install on Wednesday or Thursday. I should mention he left the parts of the AC unit all over our bedroom rather than putting it back together or telling me he was going to leave the cover, filter etc off and putting the pieces neatly in one place. He said he would call me 1st thing Tuesday morning as soon as he received the tracking # from Dometic, and schedule the appointment. I never heard from Jarred on Tuesday and called his office and left a message at 10 am on Wednesday - no response. I left messages on both Jarred's office and cell phone on Thursday - no response. I left messages on Jarred's office and cell Friday morning - no response. Friday afternoon I called his cell and he answered. He said "aren't you that nice lady at Pleasant Harbor?" I said yes and he said "remind me what we were going to do for you". Really??? I reminded him he was going to replace our AC unit under warranty and he said "oh yeah, it came in today and it was smashed, so they're going to have to send another and we won't have it till Monday". I replied that I would have appreciated a return phone call (and I said this very nicely) and he said "I don't need you getting nasty with me". I explained I wasn't being nasty, but he told me he would call me Tuesday and hadn't returned any of my phone calls since. At this point he "looked" at his cell phone record and said he had no record of my call and he would have to call the phone company to complain. Odd, because I called his cell and office. I just wanted my AC unit, so I let it go.

Jarred told me the replacement unit would be delivered on Monday and he would call me Monday to schedule his visit Tuesday to install. My husband called both Jarred's cell and office on Monday and left voice mails. Courtney from On The Road Again called me later that afternoon (1st time I spoke with her) and said the unit would be in Tuesday by 4 pm and Jarred would be out here at 5 pm to install. I expressed my concern based on our experience to date (again, I was quite nice). Courtney's response was "do you want us to cancel?" I told Courtney I did not want to cancel, just would like some level of assurance based on my experience to date. Again, she blamed the phone company (as it appears they have been doing for a year based on google reviews) Courtney assured me the unit would be there by 4 pm on Tuesday and Jarred would be here by 5 pm. In the meantime, my husband called another repair center and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. After I told him they said Jarred would be out to install Tuesday afternoon, he made the decision to cancel the other repairman.

5:30 on Tuesday, no word from either Jarred or Courtney. My husband called both cell and office and got no answer, but was immediately "butt dialed" by Jarred and he could hear him talking in the background. Courtney called me a few minutes later and said the unit had not come in yet and they had no control over the deliveries. After reading google reviews, we realized this is a pattern of behavior with this company and called AJ at InsideOut Mobile RV Repair.

AJ advised he could not get to us until Friday and would have to initiate a new claim with Dometic. 15 minutes later, AJ called back and said he received a call from Dometic asking if he would handle our claim. Dometic said the unit was at On The Road Again and they were refusing to do our warranty work. Dometic said Jarred would deliver the unit to AJ the following day. AJ asked Dometic about the other unit that was "smashed" and Dometic said they only shipped one unit. Jarred did not deliver the unit so AJ Called him on Friday and Jarred said he could come pick the unit on Saturday. Jarred told AJ to call him when he arrived at the shop and he would meet him there so he could secure the unit. AJ arrived Saturday morning and called Jarred's cell and office multiple times and Jarred never answered or returned his call, so Jarred was holding our unit hostage. AJ called Jarred again Monday 10/17 and still no response. Jarred ended up holding our unit hostage until 10/20 at which time AJ came and installed it.
