I requested service for an alarm system for my home that I was referred to by the previous owner of my new home I called late August for the service to be started Josh came out and said everything was good to go and that he would be returning within the next few days to put up signs and show me how to set up the app for my phone so I could monitor A week went by and he never showed I called and left messages and finally he called back weeks later He was supposed to come out today (months later) October 22, to set up the app I called and he returned with a text (very unprofessional) and said he would be out today with no specific time I waited and waited until about 1:pm when I texted him and asked what time he would be arriving He said sometime in the evening ( still no specific time) I waited and waited some more and he never showed Then he texted me at 7:45pm and said that the center that sets the app up is not open today (which he should've alrea
