On the Light Side

Review: On December 16, 2013 Arnold Electric which is affiliated with the retail store On the Light Side "repaired" two lighting problems for me and I paid them $175.41. The next day one of the lights they repaired ceased to work. I called them and received a phone message they would get back to me. I have since called them at least weekly and still no response.Desired Settlement: Since they aren't interested in repairing their work I would like a refund and will get a reputable electrician to fix it.

I just received the Revdex.com letter today, March 4th. On The Light Side is affiliated with Arnold Electrical. We are a retail lighting showroom. We only repair small fixtures and lamps that customers bring into us. This complaint is against Arnold Electrical. I was able to find the invoice in question and two phone log entries with Mr. [redacted]'s information. The first phone log entry seems to be the initial contact from Mr. [redacted] and a second regarding scheduling the job. Those are the only entries I can find. At this point all I can do is get more information from [redacted], the electrical contractor who invoiced Mr. [redacted]. Hopefully then we can get this issue resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: it seems they "may" get back to me. That is the issue, the light they repaired hasn't worked in over two months and despite at least a dozen calls from me, no call back. I would like a refund, so I can get a reputable electrician to fix it
