My name is [redacted] of on target automotive we did all repairs that [redacted] approved he picked and choose what he wanted done from the geico estimate because he was more concerned with saving money , we saved his deductible and gave him back $1376 we went beyond what had to be...
repaired for example we changed abs sensors which wasn't part of the estimate as well as some other things. In my years in business I have never had a complaint because I strive on keeping my customers happy and try to resolve any issues that they may have but [redacted] is a difficult customer that could not be pleased and like I stated before we did all repairs in agreement with [redacted]. should you need a copy of the invoice I will happily provide.

Review: I went to this repair shop to have my car fixed, which was paid for by the insurance. The company billed me for repairs they did not complete or do, I am having the same issues with the car. I have contacted them numerous times for them to fix it and they refuse. This company is not willing to help or look at the car again to fix what was not fixed. The grand total the company charged was $6,546.08.Desired Settlement: They did NOT perform the services that they said the would provide. I would like a full refund so I may bring my car to another business that will fix my car.
