pick the vehicle up on 8/22/2017, She was verbally told multiple times of the breakdown of the charges,The fees are also stated on the ticket that the driver received.I personally sent the email to the owner with the email address she provided me on 8/22/2017 explaining the charges.The Charges are as follows:$150.00 for the Tow$25.00 per calendar date for the storage of the vehicle in the Tow lot.The Owner was charged $200.00.$150.00 for the tow. $25.00 on 8/21/2017, $25.00 on 8/22/2017.Police impounds are regulated by the state of Ohio and can not be negotiated under any circumstances.The letter from the Revdex.com is dated 9/2/2017. The post date on the envelope states 9/21/2017, did not receive the letter until after the 7 days for a response. (Original document attached)
