Review: I ordered and paid in full for a pair of dance shoes over 1 year ago. After not receiving them for over 6 months, I spoke to a store representative who found a copy of my initial order and explained that the reason for the delay was that the product was on back order. I called again 2 months later and was given the same excuse after they found my order on file. I called back today (over a year since my original purchase) and explained the situation to the manager of the store. She said that she could not find a copy of the receipt and unless I still had a paper copy, she could not pursue the order or give me a store credit or a refund. She would not accept a credit card statement with the exact amount from her store billed the same day as the order was placed. I paid the store a sum of money and never received the product, credit, or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the pair of shoes or a refund. I want nothing to do with this business establishment again, so I'm not looking for a store credit unless it is the only option.
