I am rejecting this response because:
On March 16, we had a deal if we paid a full price for a kitchen it was going to be $18,for kitchen and $2,for installationFist at all, the company did provide the glass door and they charge us $per eachHowever, when they finish oil us the design it was not that we wanted so they said they will adjust it in finalThe process should be weeksHowever, we got our kitchen only by the end of August by ourself because their agent Fred A*** did not remember that he got all the money alreadyThen we contacted him for installation first he promised to do that and than he said he is to busy and we have to hired someone elseSo we asked him to make a meeting and showed us a contract and do all adjustment, after so many calls and messages he just stopped to answerIn January we claimed to the court and our lawyer sent all paper to the company address and to Fred A*** address and everything returned backIf it is too hard to understand my English than contact my lawyer and talk to herIf you have your company registered under an address ** *** *** *** *** *** ** Lic# *** than why our mail returned back?

Please see attached itemized invoice for purchase of Starmark Kitchen cabinets the cabinet cost was $19,585.00 plus tax $1,370.95 paid up to date $20,000.00 a balance of $955.95 remains on the account. Our company does not supply glass we refer our clients to go to there local glass cutting store....

See line item for installation of cabinets and hood blower cost is $3,250.00 this work was not pro formed for two reasons. 1st is the understanding that there is a fee for installation that is clearly shown on the invoice 2nd is the client declined the hood vent our company will not do an installation knowing we are going to have a warranty issue without the hood vent the decorative hood is at risk of being damaged. The client has limited understanding of the English language we tried working with him to understand but it was impossible. Please have the client send supporting documentation to his break down of pricing. Thank You
