I had a tech that was working for me and he never completed the job when on the calendar and he clearly stated it was completeOnce I found out about it I got in contact with customer and scheduled for me to make it outUnfortunately I myself felled to meet my schedule due to such a busy and crazy
summer and on top of that a lack of service tech, sense he just been let go ofI got in contact again with customer and we made it outFound system with a very corroded evaporate coilPlaced autho and now waiting for approval and hopefully replacement of coil
