Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the message received from the business It contains their assertion they did not tow improperly There was no offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and as there was no attempt to address my concern by the business, I have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [They made no offer They towed improperly and required cash payment which is contrary to law that states they must accept at least two forms of payment I am not satisfied with their response Terrible business practices.] Regards, [redacted] ***
Revdex.com spoke with a representative of the business who provided a response to the complaintHe said that the diagnosis of the vehicle was not incorrect, and that the injectors were not working and that they replaced themThe representative also said there is a sign in their store that states that they do not offer refunds on repair workHe also said that when dealing with repair work, there may be multiple problems, and in this case the customer did have other issues with her vehicle, but the injectors were in need of replacing and the work done was valid and was approved by the customer
Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the companyHe stated that the consumer's car was tagged on July 29th for expired tagsThe driver did get the date wrong on the stickerThe sticker was to have said Thursday July 31st instead the drive put the date August 1stOnce the company tags a car, the consumer then has hours to correct the problem or the car then does get towed

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the only way a car will get towed from the lot is if a parking pass is not showingIf they are a visitor, there is a place for visitor parkingIf they are a resident and their pass was not visible, they can tow
After speaking with [redacted] from the business he states that this apartment complex has marked visitor’s spots and if a car is parked in a residential spot without a pass is in improperly parkedIf a resident of the complex calls and states that an unmarked car is in a resident spot the tow company will come out and tow that vehicle, since the spots are meant for those that are residents of the propertyThis vehicle did not have a pass on it so it was towedThe business did say that the management of this complex has changed a few times and no new guidelines have been given to the business, so they must go off of the information they haveThis fee will not be refunded as they were following their protocol of towing unmarked cars
