to explain that on the day of the move, [redacted]'s apartment was extremely unorganized, making it timely to pack and wrap her possessions in the time frame desired by the customer. Allegations of damage to [redacted]'s items are unfounded. Our company provides refunds if there is damage to a customer's items, or if any details in the contract provided by customer service are compromised due to the company's error. Since [redacted] could not prove that our movers damaged any of her property and the contract provided by the company and signed by the customer was withheld, we did not see any grounds for a refund. Despite [redacted]'s negative response, our movers were complimented for their patience and temperament by [redacted]'s brother for withstanding [redacted]'s attitude.
