Our community has been thru several management companies in it's 10+ years of existence. On Call is by far the best one yet. They were handed a mess when they took over our management. Incomplete records from prior management, was the beginning, soon followed up by litigation, and the discovery of bank fraud. On Call has handled it all. They have gotten us thru major projects and continue to be a great help to our community three years later.
I would highly recommend On Call Management.
The worst management company ever. They stole money from the owners and did not pay any maintenance. My apartment got on fire and they hire a reconstruction company that sole also money and took 2 and half years to finish the lob. A company was hired and now we have a special assessment from a year ago that was never notify to any owners and now we have to pay a collection agency in full.
