We had paid our Quarterly dues to the association every Qtr the exact amount billed for years We sold our house and went to close and they reported we owed $more I called and they were very rude and said they miss billed us for years and there was nothing they could do I asked to speak to the owner and the supervisor reported he does not take calls and was very rude about the whole situation
Terrible HOA company. Property manager assigned to my community is extremely unresponsive to emails and is never in the office so does not take calls and will never call back despite multiple messages left for her.
Community has been poorly maintained since they took over. They are very good at sending out delinquent notices but do not maintain the community.
I do not recommend HOA boards looking for new management companies to hire this company. They have been a nightmare since they took over the management of our community

Omni for several years, went through 4 managers, nothing was ever completed by them. No matter how you explained what was wrong or what you needed done they never did it but you would pay them for it. The owner would yell and scream at the office staff and the managers and over load them with to many properties and the could not understand why nothing was done. Most managers leave there because they are expected to handle 25 plus communities, way to many for any person.
When it comes to managing property this company is by far the worst! [redacted] subdivision is the proof. Houses with grass up to your knees,trash,the worst lawn maintenance crew.
This company is in breach of their ALL their fiduciary responsibilities. No one is held accountable. This HOA needs to be dissolved 50% of homeowners vote can get this done!
There is no cap on renters! so the sub has literally gone to the dogs! I have never received a breakdown of fees my annual cost nothing! I have nothing in terms of the neighborhood covenants and restrictions. The association has just figured out I live in the subdivision! This is a very poorly governed community. I hope to never live in a sub managed by this company.
