To whom it may concern,We started working with this client in since the address is Warminster, PA we did file the permit with Warminster Township, since we made the mistake of filing with Warminster instead of Warwick Township we paid the permit filing fee instead of charging the clientWe informed the client several times that a deposit is needed before the installation can take placeThe deposit was finally made in March 17,2015, our company policy did not change, one our technicians that would complete the job was no longer working for usI informed the client on March 27th of the internal changes and asked him how he would like to receive the reimbursement of the depositWe even found an electric company to install the generator and the client would then try and find another company to lay the gas linesHowever, the client wanted to continue to work with us and stated "I spent a lot of time working with you guys, and would not appreciate starting from scratch." I informed him that he would not have to start from scratch and I would mail him the permit and once he found another HVAC company all he had to do was work with the township to amend the permit and update it with the new HVAC companyI also emailed him on April 24th informing him that we could not take the job and that we would reimburse his moneyI did not hear back from the client, today June 23, the client emailed me informing us that he would like to get the deposit back of $(which was mailed out today) and a $contract break feeHowever, we did not break the contract and tried several times to reimburse the client for the depositThank you,Karis R [redacted] / [redacted] Style Definitions */
