Omega Insurance

Unfortunately my experience started well but God forbid u don't take their insurance because [redacted] and [redacted] in customer service will haggle and be rude to youI wanted to revisit using their insurance in the future but from the rude service received from both an employee ( [redacted] ) and a so called manager (***) I would rather pay more for insurance than to ever call this company backIt started out good but the moment I didn't want the insurance it was HELL smh customer service needs training on how to deal with customers because they obviously can't take no as an answerI worked in customer service for years and never tried to force a customer into something they were not sure of or changed their mind onIt's just poor customer service
