Oman Air

We have booked flight tickets on Oman air but they canceled our flights. I have contacted them several times regarding refund. But they are not giving the refunds back. It is around $4300. I need some kind of help resolving this issue.

My husband and I booked roundtrip airfare with Oman Air. They cancelled our trip and after months of calling and emailing, finally agreed to refund our money. I gave them my credit card info and they still didn't refund our charges. After yet more numerous calls and emails they said they refunded my credit card, however I have never received a credit from them. More calls and emails, they just keep saying they are looking into it. Our original flight was cancelled back in November 2019. It's been five months and still no resolution. They just say they're looking into it and will get back to me.
