My son had signed up for league soccer and the hours did not work with his employmentI went into the facility in early [redacted] and spoke to [redacted] regarding cancelling the membershipI had paid in $ [redacted] dollars toward it as of the date of cancelI was told that I would get back $ [redacted] dollars of the total paidWhen I left I was told that my check would be mailed to meI contacted again on [redacted] by phone and he said that the checks are mailed out on the first of the month and I should be receiving itOn [redacted] I called [redacted] once again and now he said that I had to go to the treasurers place of business and gave me the address of [redacted] which was an ice cream shopMy son went in the next day and his employees stated that he was not thereI called again on different occasions and he still was not thereI have sent several emails to [redacted] and [redacted] without any response
