Review: I had scheduled a hair appointment at this Salon after speaking with the manager on the phone, who mentioned that the total cost of services would be $30. I wanted to verify the charges as the information on the website was not clear. When I went to the Salon I re-affirmed the charges, and the manager told me it would be $30. Instead of taking care of the appointment herself,she had her associate handle my appointment. At the end of the appointment, her associate charged me $55 instead of the $30 the manager guaranteed. She told me that the cost of the services (wash, cut and dry) were separate. This was NEVER specified when I spoke to the manager on the phone and before my appointment. It was as if she made up a new number on the spot without even informing me that some of the costs would be separate.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $25 dollars.
