Review: Re-plaster was completed in July 2006. there is a 7 year warranty on the plaster. Rust from a rebar is showing on the plaster. I am trying to get the contractor to evaluate my complaint. He refuses to talk to me or return phone calls. I have called the contractor 3 times. Each time I provided all the information from the contract. I was informed that someone would get back to me in a couple of days. A week would go by and no one would call back. On subsequent calls, I went through all the information again and re-assured that someone would call back. It never happen.Desired Settlement: I would like my rust spot repaired.
