Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I stand by my statement as the true account of the events in question.  I am sorry Ms .B[redacted] did not understand the scope of magnitude of the assigned home appraisal....despite my repeated description required.  I am sorry Ms. B[redacted]  did not read nor understand the 1/2 inch thick file with the date of the landslide clearly noted many times (March 17, 2015, St. Patricks' day).  I respectfully and prayerfully suggest Ms. B[redacted] lay this matter to rest and move on with her life....I have.
