Olympic Stone

We used this company on two houses. I have mold seeping up through the stone, grout failure that ruined the underside of the cabinet, a crack all around the edge of the island countertop, cracks around the plumbing fixtures, and chips all around the sinks. I've been trying to get a call back for 3 weeks now What is going on with this company? Is anybody home? Are they out of business?l
