We have reviewed the account on 05/31/2016. We were able to put a rush refund on the account, in which a refund was issued on 05/31/to the patient. We had nothing but issues with this billing company that we used. We did terminate the contract with them on May 31, 2016.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that they caused to our patients. We are encouraging our patients to call our administration office at *** *** to have any of these issues resolved

We also agreed that the billing practice that was provided by our third party billing was a complete nightmare. We took actions to correct this problem and terminated our contract as of May 31, 2016. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this caused our patient

Ms. [redacted] was seen at Harrison Imaging Center in Silverdale for her services.  Olympic Medical Imaging Consultants reads the studies done at this center and has no control over the images that are taken by the center.  Her date of service 06/16/2016 did have two ultrasound...
