Unfortunately we cannot refund the customer because we install new locks for the customer and we cannot take them back we have tried to reach the customer A day after he call because we schedule to come over and fix the lock the customer did not answer and we did not went to the customer if the
customer want we can come over and fix the lock

My next step would be to file a lawsuit in a small claims court for the refund of all the money spent to fix my truck in the am out of $

I've been in contact with the customer trying to resolve the issue I send it technician to check the lock that was a problem with the way that the lock was installed and we fix the problem and reimburse the customer $just for the inconvenience The customer mentioned she called ***
*** but she never called him she called Olympic Locksmith it's happened at least or times a week that customer think he called different locksmiths I'm hoping that the lock is working fine right now I did made sure that there is no more issues I let the customer check the lock by herself and also made a video to show that it's working properly she had month warranty on the lock and she can always call when there is a problem thank you very much
