Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was never offered a refund if I returned the screenUntil your Wednesday Revdex.com response; there was not a returned call or email from you or your employeesMy phone was brought in with one small ding at the right, top cornerWhen I picked my phone up after the tech put a new screen on, the bottom was scratched and peelingI was told that the repair didn't require him to touch the bezel and he denied scratching my phoneI said, no, my phone absolutely did not come into your care in this conditionHe continued to deny doing the damageI brought my phone in with a black screen from being dropped on its corner on a padded floorThe damaged bezel was not caused by this fall, just a black screenTo cause the damage that the tech is lying about, I would have had to take the phone and scratch the bottom, all the way across, on a rough surfaceI take very good care of my phone, the damage was not there until your tech caused itI wasn't in the back room to see how he did it but it was not there prior to me leaving my phone in his care

I am writing in response to a complaint made to the Revdex.com about our repair services. The repaircompleted by my staff was a screen replacement on a Samsung Galaxy S5, which was a successfulrepair as seen in the attached repair form. The complaint states that the chrome bezel...

surrounding thescreen was chipped and peeling. It is stated in our warranty (attached), which is posted in the store, thatcosmetic issues are not covered under warranty. It is assumed that damage occurred to the housingwhen the initial damage to the phone was done, causing the broken screen needing replaced. Myemployee explained to the customer that we do not replace and/or modify the chrome bezel during ascreen repair. As seen in the images below, the chrome bezel is the housing for the device and thescreen is separate completely from the housing. This customer requested a refund for the repair.Although it is stated that we do not warranty cosmetic issues, nor was the alleged damage caused bythe completed repair, a refund was offered with the return of the goods provided. However, thecustomer was unwilling to return the goods, leaving them with a broken phone once again.
