Olson Paving, Inc.

I asked [redacted] from Olson Paving for a general idea/quote on my garage and was told that all estimates are done on site. This is perfectly understandable so I simply asked for a general idea of cost on a 20x25 ft garage to know if it was 500 dollars or 5000 dollars to do such a surface. I really didin't have an idea. This was [redacted] response to my last request.

" Hi [redacted],

I'm sorry but we can not give out any estimate without first seeing the floor.

It creates to many problems if the range is too high or low.

I guess we'll just have to pass on this one.

I was not going to hold him to any type of amount but was simply trying to make an educated decission if I should proceed with taking my time an Olson's paving's time to go forward. If the range would be a thousand dollars either way I still would have went with it. If the difference would have been more than a thousand dollars, well I would have simply postponed or cancelled my inquiry. This was bad customer service and unfair to what I thought was a standardized question.
