I hired Mr. O *** to repair concrete deck work around a backyard ***. I let Mr. O know, but we had to close the *** for the season and decided we would deal with it in the spring. In June 2019, I contacted Mr. O, sent pictures and he came out to investigate. Several weeks later he assured me he contacted the supplier or the materials, know knew why it happened and told me it would be a quick easy fix. He could not "fit' it into his schedule any time from May - October 2019 while the *** was open. He sent me an email in the Fall of 2019 asking me if I would wait until Spring 2020. He said at that time he would ***. I have been contacting him since April 2020. He stated he would add us to his schedule at that time. Since then he has not responded to any of my requests for a date as to when he will be coming out to resolve the problem.I
