Ollie's Flowers

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's weekend. Online order charged my CC $69.58 for delivery of a bouquet. Flowers were never delivered, yet my CC was charged. When trying to fix the problem, (Patty) just kept telling me to contact the on-line people, as if they were a seperate entity, which they are not. After a few calls, Ollies Flowers stopped answering their phone and then eventually took their phone off the hook. Even though the order was made online, there is no seperate business. The online broker phone # listed is the actual store. Will never do business with these people again.
