Oliver Powerhouse

My name is *** *** and I am co-owner of Oliver Powerhouse with my husband, John. We recently received the complaint from a customer. After talking with my husband and one of our workers, Aaron, who quoted him the prices, we found out that our computer system was not working
correctly. It showed up as a lower price on one screen than when we put the product on the sales order. We have corrected this issue and because it was our mistake I have sent a check for $to the address provided. I mailed it to him today (September 2, 2016) . Hopefully we will not have this put on our record because it was clearly a computer mistake and we have made it right. Revdex.com:I don't believe it was only a computer problem, I had checked msrp and was willing to pay a reasonable premium to buy it local but after ordering found they charge more if you buy parts and do your own service. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
