[redacted] ( [redacted] ) did place an order with OliveNation in August for cooking & baking extractsUpon the request of [redacted] we provided additional information regarding the blueberry extractThis included the material safety data sheet (MSDS), the specifications sheet (SPEC) and the flavor ingredient data sheet (FDIS)It was also explained that as we are a cooking and baking company, we are unable to help customers with their application of our products in their beer, wine or spirits and that we do not submit any of our extracts for TTB approvalFor these reasons, we are not able to assist her in getting her formula approvedHowever, we do have many customers, for whom we provide the same documentation and who have submitted their formulas to the TTB successfullyWe have explained this information to the TTB representative who contacted us directly and have also provided Mrs [redacted] with all the available information for the extractHowever, we are not able to honor her repeated request to disclose either our suppliers or partners and cannot provide her with any contact information for our customersHer insistence and repeated attempts to obtain this proprietary information has brought us to the point of considering filing a complaint against her for harassment
