Aside from *** mentioning the phone calls As soon as she emailed me I responded immediately & even offered to meet her the same day to discuss the concern about the warranty info she was requesting When we did meet the next day after she let me know that she
wanted the warranties in place My contract does imply a standard warranty, but *** was asking for a 3rd party warranty to be in place If you review the contract (or the screen shot of the contract of the warranty section)...it clearly states that party warranties are EXCLUDED I've also attached the last email to her explaining that I've addressed the concern she had about the items listed from the property inspection which will be warrantied through the standard warranty Please let me know what else I need to do to clear this matter *** asked that I at least get her a copy of the standard warranty by the end of May
