Generally pleased with the apartments. The construction could be better: little-to-no insulation between units, sub-par dishwasher, and A/C units that frequently malfunction. Management has been extremely responsive and helpful resolving these issues, however. Because the apartments are new, they are nice spaces in which to live. Plenty of space, and the price (with the special), is probably about right for what you're getting. It's also the only apartment building I'm aware of in La Grange that is not decades old and outdated. I don't see them withstanding the test of time though... But for now, if you don't need a house, or don't want to spend a similar amount of money renting a house that will be in much worse condition, these are large, new apartments that are a great alternative. I wish they hadn't cut some corners on construction, but overall the apartments are a good place to live.
