Olde Engine Works

I rent space in the large co op of antique dealers. In the past year or so new people have the property. I have been selling appropriate merchandise and have been paying rent on time. one of the owners decided it appears they want my areas of sale. they gave me a one line typed note that they are not renewing my space. they have withheld my latest check. the check includes my rent and expenses, their commission etc. I should get a check for my "profit" after that is withheld. They refuse to give my money until I move out
