inch pipe.We do not dig up the septic tanks if we do we would have to charge a lot more than we do.I told her the leach field was bad because the line to the home was pluggedIt took us more than twenty to thirty minutes it took us longer than that more like forty five minutes we had them run water to make sure they were unplugged they were not so we unplugged the sewer line and they were happy I did not even charge them for that.We told her that some one had been driving over the leach field so the tank may fill up fast.I had pumped the tank about a year ago and I told them then they need to start treating the tank with a good septic treatment but they did not do it I did not get a call from from her till 9-15-I always answer my phone no matter what time day or nightI do not give refunds I gave them a cheep price cause we done two tanks at the same timeI am sorry for there problem , buy I do not have x ray vison to see threw the soil to see what is going on with their septic, and leach field.Two hundred seventy five dollars is a cheep price for me to drive over a hundred miles to pump a septic tankIf they want me to pump the tank again they will have to pay us three hundred fifty dollars.They will have to dig up the top of the septic so we can see whats going.Thank you:STAN W*** (OWNER)
