To those who have read negative reviews, let me start by saying that I read them too... after placing my order on December 6. My order status did say "pending" for a couple of weeks and due to the reviews I did get nervous. Mike always answered my calls or called me right back if I left a message. My order shipped before Christmas and due to no fault of Mike's, it was delayed by the postal service. Today, January 3, my items showed up and my boyfriend and I could not be more pleased with the two gun cases that I purchased. Many of us are used to automatic shipping from big corporate entities, but beautiful custom work takes time. I don't feel that a 2 and a half week time frame on shipping a beautiful, custom made product is excessive. I love these cases and will definitely order from Old Trading Post again. Thanks, Mike... you rock!
Unfortunately the customer waited to long to make a claim we can not help him do to the amount of the amount of time that elapsed on this order UPS does not keep records that far back his card company would not allow a claim going that far back because he waited to long to follow through which is his responsibility not ours we shipped the hat right after it was ordered sorry we can't be of any more help to the customer not to mention he got very abusive to me when we spoke on the phone I won't deal with him because of that RC
