Old Town Inn (Motel)

Review: 8/12/13 rented a room at the Old Town Inn I was told it was their best room clean & quite. The bathroom had no tank top on the toilet and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. there were roaches all over the place. There were baby roaches in the toilet tank, I flushed until they were gone. Later that night I noticed roached crawling on my shoes and on the walls. I capture some of the roached on a napkin I placed on the floor & some crawling on the walls, put them in a plastic cup with a lid. I did not sleep to scared to close my eyes. Told management the next day, I wanted to leave(I was booked for 1 week)and I wanted a refund. I pointed out to the manager/housekeeper that the room was nasty with roaches, she grabbed the plastic cup and threw it outside in the trash. The male property manager ([redacted] he would refund my money, but he would have to charge me $55.00 of the $250.00 I paid. [redacted] took my credit card to refund the money ,no only did he not refund $195.00 dollars but he took an additional $250.00 more dollars . I contacted him to let him know that I check my account and the account is missing money

Thank you for trying to help. I called police and health inspector ...and what do you know, The Old Town Inn (the hotel) refunded all of the money they took, they didn't even charge me for the lousy (horrible) one night stay.
