This is *** *** owner of old town gym in response to ** *** Case Number; I personally toured the member in question who was quite happy with all of our brand new cardio and very happy with pool and hot tub that was fully operational at all timesEven though she may have had
more issues then I careful to explain everything to herObviously I did not because she kept her cards further then the date was supposed to have them in by, once we tried to bill her account which came back nsf our billing company does what we pay them to do, they reached out to her at that point she came into the club I greeted her in person even though I didn't have to I canceled her agreementHaving over 5,members at a private club we try our best to explain everything thoroughly with very minimal complaintsWe apologize for taking your time on this matter
