Data is the information that is stored on your phone such as pictures and contactsThis issue you were/are having with your phone is actually an IC chip on your board also referred to as a power handling chip and issues with this chip can be masked by the following symptoms:
Charging ic issues show up as one or more of these it is progressive and time is unpredictable:
Rapid battery drain
Fake charging
No charging
Autoboot when battery is connected
Heat around charging ic
Error
Slow charging
Won't connect to computer
Your phone came in with the issue of a rapid battery drainWe replaced the battery, of which is the simple most logical repairWe tried that and that is what more than likely caused the progression of the true issueThe phone charged when it left the store and all seemed wellWhen you brought your phone back, we tried a different battery and a different charge port to rule out all easy solutions to this problemWhen none of those solved your issue we refunded your money for the battery replacement leaving the new battery in your phone and we also offered to send your phone to a more qualified repair center that does the repair your phone required as it is very tricky and requires a special training for the soldierYou refused that option and decided to take your phone with youYes, we did intend for you to pay for this repairIt was the issue all along, it just didn't become evident without some further incidentWe do try to work with customers to make their experience a good one with our company and staffWe feel this solution is a very fair and honest one for both partiesOur offer still stands to send your phone off for repair if you wish to take us up on it
