Good morning-I filed a complaint to notify the Revdex.com in June with no action needed at that timeHowever, the issue has escalated to the point where the business in question is now asking for payment from me despite never mentioning this in the pastI received no phone calls or letters about this
payment since the issue was resolved in June and now this payment is being sent over to a debt collectorsThe payment in question is for $I have tried to contact the business and no one is able to assist me.I am reachable at ***.Thanks -- *** ** ***

On August 26, 2016 Mr. [redacted] was informed by my staff that a balance of 79.60 was owed for dates of coverage from 4/29/16 through 6/17/16. He was informed that the down payment for a new policy is normally 20% however, since he opted for the electronic funds transfer option, the down payment was reduced so he owed for coverage for apprx 8 days. If he had paid the 20% down If he had paid the 20% down, there would have potentially been a refund, but since he did not, there was no refund, just earned premium that is due for coverage. There is no way for us to have determined the prorated amount due for that time period, it would have been done after the cancellation was received and processed. Bills have been sent to Mr. [redacted] by [redacted]  to try and resolve the issue before it went to collections. He was informed of the situation on 8/26/2016 by my staff and was told that it is now an debt issue between him and [redacted]. he acknowledged the debt and was then informed of the situation on 8/26/2016 by my staff and was told that it is now and debt issue between him ans [redacted]. There has been no communication to our office by Mr. [redacted]. He has not made an effort to contact our office in any way. There is nothing further that we can do. It is earned premium owed to [redacted] by Mr. [redacted].
