I placed an order on their website that says an order will ship the same day it has been ordered. I ordered it Monday and still havent heard a word from them. Also, ive emailed them and noone will answer and the phone number they have listed to call doesnt work. I dont know what else to do.
Due to COVID-19, our lead times have slightly increased. Their order was placed on 8-10. It is now 8-11, and their order is set to ship today. Their emails have also been answered within a matter of hours. Thank you for understanding.

I ordered a *** from this company. It arrived damaged. They're trying to make me jump through hoops to get one that is not damaged. I didn't have anything to do with this problem and I should not have to go through all this to get a replacement or refund.

They should be responsible for sending me what I ordered, in the condition I ordered it, period.

I ordered two big orders totaling close to $400. I’ve yet to receive any form of tracking number. I’ve called and wrote a few emails still no response they have shipped out other orders but fail to complete mine.
We are terribly sorry for the delay! It appears a few items were on backorder, and we were waiting to receive them to ship the entire order. It looks like both orders are set to ship from our warehouse today. Tracking will be provided once it ships.

I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact merchant to obtain a return authorization for merchandise purchased in accordance with their return policy. Several calls and emails over the past 4 days have gone unanswered.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are showing you received a prepaid return label on 12-29-19 to return the item. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund.

I have received the return label, returned merchandise, and verified *** tracking number that it has been received on 1/2/20. I am waiting to see refund processed to my credit card.

I purchased an item on their website and I wanted to return it because it was too big. Their website says to call customer service and get a return authorization number. Nobody is answering there customer service phone number and they are not responding to emails either. So there is no way to return anything.

I have a product that I need to return. I have been trying to call their customer service number for days, but there is never an answer. There is also no option to leave a voicemail. Out of nowhere today I get a message on that number that there are calling restrictions.
I ordered a product from *** about 1 month ago I have been trying for quite a qhile at least 5 phone calls can onlu leave messages have written letter no response
Ordered a *** hoodie on February 18th. Listing stated shipping within 24 hours. After 9 days, I emailed them and asked them why I hadn't received my merchandise. They apologized and stated they would ship it that day (February 27th)) and send me a tracking number. Six days later and no tracking number an no merchandise. I think15 days is way to long to wait for an item that was guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours. Please help me resolve this issue.

Haven been trying to get a hold of someone in customer service for about two weeks and I cant get trough. Their answering machine is not working correctly. Extremely frustrating!.
