Our frustration began when a bolt from our NEW garage door (installed by Old Fort months prior) gave way, shattering the garage window AND the back window of our vehicle, parked in the garage It took phone calls, getting transfered to different people, and many weeks of getting the run around to finally get a real person to come look at the mess We sent photos at their request as they were not willing to come down at first, always making sure that we knew there would be a service charge We went over the story of how it happened every time we called and no one seemed to know how to help us After a couple of weeks and an email to MrBraun, himself, the door was repaired and we were told the garage window would be another weeks It finally came weeks later and my husband had to stay and help the repairman, who said he could not do the repair by himself He left glass all over the garage floor and demanded payment on the spot We like the products, but our experience with repair was a nightmare No recommendations from us in the future
