We understand the concerns of the customer in this matterA portion of the original amount paid was refunded and the customer has the option to purchase the replacement part that he needs to get his stove operating correctlyDiagnosis of mechanical issues takes time and costs money and with slim
sales margins on most parts due to internet sales, diagnosis time is billed to the customer just like the time a doctor or lawyer spends preparing for their client/patient

Work was very good, service person was professional, courteous and clean. That being said..they charged me much more than they told me over the phone.

Review: I purchased a thermistor to be installed on the blower for my wood stove. I installed the thermistor and it did not work.

I purchased the item on March 4, 2014 as the owner [redacted] watched the transaction and attempted to return the defective thermistor on March 5, 2014. At the time of the attempted return [redacted] rudely told me that I must have wired the thermistor wrong and I damaged the product. I explained how I was in yesterday and purchased the product but [redacted] said he had never seen me before. The thermistor cost $12 online but I paid [redacted] $25 because I had heard such good things about their customer service and reliable products. The service and product warranty was completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
