Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have not received one penny from Immaculate InteriorsAnd [redacted] has failed times to make good on previous promises or his offers to resolve the situation over the past weeksSo another statement by him that he will supposedly be takeing care of this situation isn't a valid solutionWOULD YOU BELIEVE HIM????? We told Home Advisor we settle for $if we received the money this weekWHICH WE DID NOTThe $was also only 1/of the additional $we had to pay someone else to repaint what [redacted] was contracted and PAID to do The $was his attempted offer with Home Advisor, NOT OURS But we agreed to that amount ( $) if [redacted] would pay us this week, just to try and get this matter over and done with, and maybe end up get nothing from from himAnd just to add to that, we ( my wife and I ) spent hours cleaning base boards, stairs, doors, door frames and cutting paint drops out of our carpetPlus there is paint on two of our couches and a love seat [redacted] is acting like we are trying to RIP HIM OFF asking for a documented $to pay another painter AND OBTW: the reason we were painting was so we could put our house up for sale,which we had to delay for weeks due to the disaster [redacted] created!!!! the HomeAdvisor Resolution Team came to an agreement to refund them $which is not an issue for me and will be taken care of just as soon as I can get it to them

has failed 8 times to make good on previous promises or his offers to resolve the situation over the past 6 weeks. So another statement by him that he will supposedly be takeing care of this situation isn't a valid solution. WOULD YOU BELIEVE HIM?????  We told Home Advisor we settle for $250.00 if we received the money this week. WHICH WE DID NOT. The $250.00 was also only 1/2 of the additional  $491.96 we had to pay someone else to repaint what [redacted] was contracted and PAID to do.  The $250.00 was his attempted offer with Home Advisor, NOT OURS.  But we agreed to that amount ( $250.00 ) if [redacted] would pay us this week, just to try and get this matter over and done with, and maybe end up get nothing from from him.
