Old City Renovators

This company was hired to replace piping due to leaks in my apartment (***). The last day of work, someone spilled coffee on my cream colored wool rug. The company sent one of their guys with a store bought steamer to try to remove the stain. They used hot water, which shrunk the rug a little, but the chemicals they used, made the color of a leaf bleed and the stain was not removed and now the rug is discolored as well.
