I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, I would recommend to the company (especially the service department) to work with, listen and understand what the customers actual problems are rather than assume that there is no defect in my products I clearly have defective products as I use them every nightEven though my PILLOW replacement request has been DENIED, I appreciate The Old Brick Company's willingness to pick up the defective mattress and give me credit towards another mattress. There decision to replace my mattress in "Good Faith" has helped restore my decision to possibly purchase items from this company in the future

In response to Mr***’s complaint, The Old Brick has determined after two service calls that the mattress purchased on 5/19/is not defectiveHowever, in good faith we have reached out to Mr*** and offered a store credit in the amount of $which was accepted on
1/7/ Mr*** also agreed that the Old Brick would not be offering any credit towards the pillows purchased over two years ago

At Old Brick Furniture we stand firmly behind our customer service and stated warranties. In regards to [redacted]'s complaint, he did in fact purchase a 5 year protection plan that covers accidental damage. All claims must be submitted to the insurance company within 30 days of the incident and...
[redacted] was originally denied since this did not occur. However in good faith The Old Brick has reached out to [redacted] and will be refunding the consumer $83.73.
